What we do as registrated member of Kobe City Higashinada-ku Medical Association
We have various activities, from providing medical care at clinic and hospital, to providing health care information for pupils or students attending school, or for workers through workshops, educational meetings and lectures.

For emergency consultation and emergency medicine
Kobe City has emergency consultation center operating 24hours throughout the year.
Please call #7119 from your telephone or mobile phone.In case #7119 cannot be reached, please call 0783317119.
Please be reminded that consultation can only be done in Japanese.Consultants will determine the degree of urgency, check up the available medical institute suitable for the given condition and inform the emergency unit of Kobe City for ambulance if needed.
Kobe City provides emergency consultation during night-time and weekends-holidays for children’s cases. Please call 0788913499 or 0783048899.
Also, Kobe City medical association provides night-time emergency medical service, and weekends-holidays medical service. One is located in Chuo-ku, Kobe (please call 0783412313), and the other in Nada-ku, Kobe (please call 0788015199). For emergency problems especially of children under 15 years old, we have medical service during night-time and weekends-holidays at the institute for children emergency in Chuo-ku (please call 0788913999).
Please contact these emergency institutes before you visit, and be reminded that medical service can only be done in Japanese, and so when visiting with a language translator is highly recommended. Medical expense have to be paid by full expense at the site if you do not have valid medical insurance card of Japan.
